It is the responsibility of the Electricity and Water Companies to calculate the cost of bringing the line/pipe to your property on an individual basis. Obviously the cost will vary, depending on the distance between your house and the main supplies lie how many poles are needed etc. This is an extra cost not included in the house price and our company cannot tell you how much it will cost for any individual connection. Only the relevant utility company can provide you with this information.
